KS1 Visit Askham Bran

Year One and Two enjoyed a great day out at Askham Bryan Wildlife Park. It was a warm one, but the children were fantastic—setting a brilliant example for the school. The children took part in a workshop on habitats led by Connor, who even got the teachers involved (with a bit of dressing up, much to the children’s delight!). We explored the park, met lots of friendly animals, and did our best to stay cool in the shade—just like them. We made it back to school hot but happy, just in time to cool off and enjoy the school fair!
