KS1 Trip to the Theatre!

In July Key Stage One excitedly headed to York Theatre Royal to see a performance of The Koala that Could. We enjoyed being taken away to Australia and meeting a rather nervous Kevin the koala and his friends who work together to support each other. The performance encompassed our school values of friendship, perseverance and compassion, and reinforced what we talk to the children about having courage and embracing change. Remember to be like Kevin children and never be frightened to challenge yourself- you can do it!
