Handwriting Competition

In support of National Handwriting Day on 23rd January, Tockwith Primary took part in a KS1 & KS2 handwriting competition. Each child in years 1 through to 6 copied out a poem in their best handwriting. This was then judged by Mrs Hackforth, one of our Governors, and Mrs Strachan, our resident handwriting expert! A winner from each class was chosen and presented with a prize during assembly. Well done to all of the children for taking part, an excellent effort put in by everyone!
