Our amazing Years 5 and 6 served up a fantastic performance of the Pirates and the Currybean. 3 different audiences enjoyed watching our children shine in extreme heat! The production was very impressive. I had a number of parents comment on how amazing the singing was, especially the soloists and the duet. A massive well done to Mrs Darley and Mr Goodacre for turning this basic script into an hour and a quarter spectacle that had the community of Tockwith smiling all the way through it.
In school, we put on a very special production. Everyone had a brilliant time and children in our class particularly enjoyed: making people laugh, acting, singing and even running from monkeys and rats (A.K.A the year fives)! All the parents were a great audience and understood the jokes clearly. We would like to give a great thank you to the wonderful staff for directing the show, all our parents for coming to watch and finally all the students that performed with us!
