A huge well done to all of our pupils from Reception to Year 6 who took part in our fantastic Sports Day! Despite battling the heat, the children showed incredible resilience, worked brilliantly within their teams, and cheered each other on with wonderful sportsmanship all day.
We also had over 150 parents, carers and family members join us for our annual sports day lunch. It was incredible to welcome so many people from our community into school for this fantastic day.
An event like this wouldn’t be possible without a massive team effort, and we would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to our enthusiastic pupils, our supportive parents cheering from the sidelines, the excellent Sports Leaders from Wetherby High, our wonderful volunteers, and our dedicated staff and catering staff who worked tirelessly to make the day run smoothly.
Finally, a massive congratulations to Cromwell, who are this year’s official Sports Day champions!
