Y1/2 visit Yorkshire Wildlife Park

Children in year 1 and 2 visited the Yorkshire Wildlife Park in Doncaster earlier this week. The children had a fantastic time and saw lots of animals such as polar bears, lions and mere cats! They took part in an ‘Aren’t Animals Amazing’ workshop and had the opportunity to touch some giant snails, cockroaches and see an animal skull. The children were great throughout the day. especially considering how much we walked. Thank you to the teachers, teaching assistants and governors who accompanied the children on the day.
