Y1-2 Planetarium Experience!

Children in year 1 and 2 had an incredible experience at the end of September when a planetarium came to Tockwith Primary! The children stepped into the WonderDome planetarium and were transported on a cosmic journey – a thrilling adventure exploring the wonders of the Universe! The children learnt about the Milky Way, where Earth sits in the universe, astronauts and the international space station as well as other planets in the solar system. It was brilliant to see the children so immersed in the experience.
