Police Officer and Vet Visit School

Over the last few weeks, the Reception children have had visits from a police officer and a vet.  The children have been finding out about the jobs and what is involved in their day to day activities.  The police office let the children wear some of his clothes and the vet used Neville to show the children how dogs are looked after by the vet and even how to put on a bandage!  Neville was very good and the children listened to his heartbeat!

Many thanks Mr Arthur and Mrs Linney for taking the time out of their busy lives to come and speak to our children – they very much enjoyed both visits!
