Y5 Orienteering

The Y5 children took part in an Orienteering festival on Thursday. Luckily the weather held off! Each group was given a map with two different courses to complete. The children worked amazingly in their groups, communicating and listening to each other, putting the skills they learnt in their PE lessons last year into practice. Well done everyone! Many thanks to Miss Stanton for organising the event and our governor Mrs Robinson for accompanying our children on their trip.
