Today, 10th October 2023, is World Mental Health Day. It is a day to talk about mental health and to show everyone that mental health matters. It is also a day to let people know that it’s okay to ask for help, no matter what you’re going through. Mrs Williamson held an assembly yesterday afternoon talking about mental health and ways to help/support you when feeling low.
