Sports Day 2024

The rain stayed away long enough for our school to enjoy a super sports day!  The morning was filled with team activities, from netball shots to obstacle courses to hula hoop skipping and javelin throwing.   Lunchtime saw all of our families join us for a BBQ of hot dog or burger with a variety of side dishes and delicious puddings (banoffee pie was my favourite!).  Parents, carers and friends stayed on to watch the running races in the afternoon.  The children all had a great day and Fairfax were victorious in holding on to the trophy!  Many thanks to Miss Stanton for organising the day, to Mrs Hobson and her team for the food at lunchtime and to all of the families for supporting us on the day!
