KS2 Watching England Rugby Training Session!

Children in KS2 had the amazing opportunity to watch a training session for the England Rugby team!!  27 children were randomly selected from over 50 chilren who registered their interest in the event. The children travelled to the LNER stadium and watched the training session.  Following this they had the pleasure of meeting some of the players and getting their t-shirts and rugby balls signed – how fantastic!  Many thanks to Mr Reeve, Miss Stanton and Mrs Dutton for taking the children on the trip – I think they were as excited as the children to meet the players!

The team’s next game is against Italy on Sunday 9th March at 3pm
