All Stars Cricket in KS1!

Yesterday we had Joe from All Stars Cricket come into school to hold some taster cricket sessions for children in year 1 and year 2.

Mrs Williamson commented – Year 2 loved their session with Joe from All Stars Cricket. The children quickly picked up the rules and were quick to get started on a competition trying hard to score as many runs before the fielders returned the three balls. Great to see so much team spirit to cheer each other on and work together to field quickly and effectively. At the end of the session Joe shared a video about All Stars- lots of eager children keen to join sessions.

Miss Kilvington commented that Y1 loved learning how to play cricket and had lots of fun!
