The Grand Old Dame of York Pantomime

Yesterday we had the pleasure of visiting the York Theatre Royal to see our annual pantomime.  This year we saw The Grand Old Dame of York which was a pantomime celebrating Berwick Kaler’s 40th and final year in the York panto.  The children had a great experience, starting with our coach trip into York, navigating our way around the theatre and then watching the performance.  The children loved the slapstick comedy, the amazing dancers and of course, the wagon wheels!  Thanks to the parents for their patience with our return time – the panto went on slightly longer than expected which is why we were later back.  What an amazing experience for the whole school, much fun was had by all!
